Digicon Series 3 added for ProPrint Group's growing digital labelling division...

A bespoke Digicon Series 3 automated finishing line from A B Graphic International will provide an additional range of label finishing options from this month. The brand new machine will complement ProPrint Group’s state-of-the-art SCREEN digital press, increasing overall capacity for high-quality embellished labels. The most up-to-date technology and high-level automation of this model will support the market leading timescales that ProPrint customers expect.


The latest bespoke Digicon 3 model offers a variety of features. The modular system set-up means that ProPrint Group can tailor finishing units to suit specific customer requirements.

AB Graphic installed the new Digicon Series 3 during the last week of March, providing training and testing on site. ProPrint will be trialling a variety of print jobs for a range of sectors in liaison with customer brands as well as in-house ProPrint artwork to ensure every element of the set-up is perfectly calibrated ready for print orders.

ProPrint Group is a UK retailer approved printer, supplying self-adhesive labels, linerless labels and carton-board packaging. Three print methods are available including digital, flexographic and lithographic print, so customers can order consistent formats from one print supplier. The digital division has grown a loyal customer base since the first digital press installation in 2016. Growth of the division has seen demand increase within Drinks and Health & Beauty sectors as well as diversification across other industries.
